[In this project, I am working with a cross-disciplinary and cross-country research team with scholars with expertise in media psychology, human-computer interaction, political communication, and sociolinguistics. [In this project, I worked with Professor William Dutton at Oxford and Dr. Wan-Ying Lin at the Hong Kong City U to investigate how people’s self-censorship and information repertoire filtration on social media affect political engagement in a polarized context with mixed-methods (virtual focus-group interviews plus a two-wave population-based online panel survey).]
